Fresh Pond Apartments offers a range of affordable housing opportunities, with eligibility requirements that vary by apartment and housing program.

The community includes Project-Based Section 8 apartments, as well as additional affordable apartments serving households with eligible mobile housing vouchers and households that meet applicable 80% AMI or 95% AMI income guidelines.

Because eligibility requirements vary by program and apartment type, our management team is available to help applicants understand the requirements that may apply and the documentation needed during the application process.

Housing Programs at Fresh Pond

Fresh Pond Apartments includes several types of affordable housing. Requirements may vary depending on the apartment and housing program.

• Project-Based Section 8: Rental assistance is connected to specific apartments and applicable income and program requirements apply.
• Mobile Housing Vouchers: Certain apartments may be available to households using an eligible mobile housing voucher.
• Income-Restricted Apartments: Fresh Pond also includes apartments subject to applicable 80% AMI or 95% AMI income guidelines.
